Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION (Summary of tasks)
The Executive Assistant will report directly and play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administration and operation support to the CEO. This position is expected to be highly reliable and accountable for promptly and efficiently responding to tasks from the CEO. The scope of work may include but not limited to:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
1. Strategic planning support
• Advise the CEO on the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve the organization's overall objectives.
• Conduct necessary research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
2. Project management
• Directly manage and supervise assigned projects to ensure progress, quality, and optimize resources allocation as planned.
• Anticipate and take prompt measures to mitigate potential risks during project implementation.
3. Internal and external affairs
• Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between the CEO and various departments within the company, facilitating timely and clear dissemination of decisions, information, and initiatives…
• Assist the CEO or directly represent the company in welcoming, working with partners, suppliers, and authorized agencies.
• Seek out, build and foster positive relationships, expanding opportunities and business potentials.
4. Administrative support
• Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging and coordinating appointments and events, preparing logistics… as required to ensure efficiency and appropriateness.
• Prepare and handle presentation materials, meeting agendas, reports, and follow-up action plans.
5. Compliance assurance
• Closely monitor to ensure all operational activities comply strictly with legal regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement plans and solutions to manage and mitigate operational and legal risks.
6. Other duties as assigned by CEO
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
Job Requirements
1 Education
● Graduated from university or above with a major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Diplomatics or those who have graduated and worked abroad.
2 Experience
● Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant (CEO, Chairman) or in senior positions related to Business Development, Marketing, Project Management...
3 Professional knowledge
Preference to candidates with understanding and passion for Marketing, Communication, Entertainment, Music.
4 Skills
