Job Description
• Identifying potential customers.
• Prepare action plans for an effective search for sales leads and prospects.
• Contacting the developed customer list via different communication channels like cold calling.
• Preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports.
• Developing and maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships.
• Achieving sales targets within the set deadlines.
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sale with clients.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and potential clients.
• Interacting with clients on a regular basis to build rapport, identify needs, and close deals.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Promptly submitting customers' purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
• Collaborate with other departments for co-sale and delivery activities.
• Identifies key customers and keeps up-to-date records (contact, data, projects…) of all current customers and prospective customers, new sales opportunities, and generating interest in products or services.
• Any other ad-duties assigned when required
Job Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Raw Cashew Nuts.
• Good English is a must
• University/college degree
• Knowledge of sales industry trends and practices
• Communication and persuasion skills
• Good organizational skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
