• Set up the expectation and the rewards structure for a successful sales teamEffective leading the sales team to execute the marketing strategies/activities effectively• Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed the sales objectives of its business units• Discipline the sales teams for non-compliance ,non-performing and non-following instructions, policies, procedures and systems• Identify and propose relevant sub-distribution systems in supporting the tender bidding processes• The recruitment and selection right sales employees that ensures the team structure and capability which will meet the demand of current and future success of individual product groups• Play a key role in the cross functional agenda, driving forward improved ways of working with other departments to improve operational efficiencies• Ensure the business activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory obligations and the company guidelines and code of conduct
• Lead marketing team to analyze market , customers and competition in order to design and develop an effective marketing plans from which it provide strong marketing supports for the sales team to promote the product successfully• Study market and request for the registration of new products from the pipelines• Prepare and launch new products successfullyCapture identified growth opportunity in the market by evaluating it and supporting it with sales forecasts • Lead training and development to ensure internal excellence and succession planningDrive financial ROI and effectiveness across brand portfolio• Initiate and responsible to re-structure the department to be a productive and efficient• Discipline marketing team for non-compliance, non-ethical and non-professional activities and events
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in sales in the same position within the nutrition or consumer health industry , with a strong track record in sales & marketing
Proven leadership experience, with a history of managing and developing sales teams.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially hospital purchasing processes and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
