Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share in Vietnam’s industrial sectors.
• Identify and engage with potential customers and local distributors in industries like electrical components, sensors, and motors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring successful client onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and manage local resources (sales, technicians).
• Stay updated on industry trends, attend relevant events, and provide market feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Collaborate with the headquarters to meet sales targets and business goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Physics, or related fields.
• Proven business development or sales experience in electrical machinery or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, particularly in electronics, automotive, and manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good network within Vietnam's industrial distributors.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam.
• Preferred age: 30-40
