About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam, specializing in the sales of Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsion, Cold Mix, Waterproofing Products, Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint, and other bitumen derivatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial or infrastructure product sales, especially within the construction, roadwork, or waterproofing sectors. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving targeted sales growth in the northern Vietnam market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell bitumen and related products to contractors, distributors, and government agencies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure and road construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers as needed.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and gather feedback to support product positioning.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and regular sales forecasts to the management team.
• Work closely with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in bitumen, road construction materials, or related products.
• Strong knowledge of Bitumen, Emulsions, Cold Mix, Waterproofing Products, and Thermoplastic Paint.
• Existing network within construction
