Role Summary
As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. You will receive qualified leads from our marketing team and guide potential students through the decision-making process, helping them understand how upGrad’s programs align with their career aspirations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective learners via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Understand the learner’s background, goals, and motivations to recommend suitable upGrad programs.
• Provide accurate information about course offerings, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Yêu cầu
1. 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (preferably in education or edtech).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong consultative selling ability and empathy for learners.
4. Proficiency in CRM
