Navigos Search's client is leading Japanese company in digital marketing field, finding suitable candidate with below responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Identify and connect with prospective clients to meet individual revenue targets and unlock new opportunities.
- Design and implement business growth plans to broaden the client network and achieve sales objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and gain referrals.
- Serve as the main point of contact to promptly address client requirements and ensure satisfaction.
3. Proposal & Campaign Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized Digital/IMC solutions.
- Present media strategies, negotiate agreements, and manage contract execution with follow-up actions.
- Generate campaign performance reports through data collection, analysis, and evaluation.
- Ensure service quality aligns with company standards and client expectations.
4. Market Insights & Reporting
- Keep updated on industry developments through workshops, professional materials, and relevant networks.
- Contribute to overall team performance by supporting internal initiatives as needed.
(For Senior level) Mentor and provide guidance to team members on sales techniques and digital marketing expertise.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
