Navigos Search's client, real estate development in Hanoi center, is looking for Agency Management Manager with main duties as below:
- Develop networks of outsourcing sales partners and property agencies.
- Be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving sales performance through third-party channels, ensuring alignment with company goals, and maintaining strong brand positioning in the market.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance,…) to support the smooth execution of partner activities and sales strategy development.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Age : 28 ~ 33 years old
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/partner management.
Knowledge and experience in working with external agencie
