Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Organization Development
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead organization design and manpower planning for factory and support functions.
• Advise leadership on restructuring, succession, and talent planning.
• Drive HR digitalization and improve HR systems.
Workforce Operations
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and exit.
• Ensure workforce readiness across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.
• Align manpower planning with production needs and factory expansion.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Lead recruitment for key and large-scale hiring needs.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top engineering and technical talent.
• Build pipelines through universities, technical schools, and industry networks.
Performance & Career Development
• Implement KPI-based performance management linked to rewards and promotions.
• Establish career pathing and succession planning for key roles.
• Identify and develop high-potential employees.
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, hiring speed, and cost per hire.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports to management.
• Use data insights to improve HR effectiveness.

• 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in leadership roles.
