- Communication, collaborating effectively with PD, Technical teams, and Sales team to translate design concepts into manufacturable samples.
- Possess a strong understanding of Ulphostery/Sofa methods and materials, particularly veneers and panel development.
- Work creatively to identify the most efficient and cost-effective ways to produce samples while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest materials, finishes, and manufacturing technologies to ensure samples showcase cutting-edge advancements.
- Oversee sample costing and analyze BOMS to ensure accurate quotations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Product Development/Product Engineering.
- Proven experience using CAD software; SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of Process Maps, Statistical Tools, Root Cause Anal
