• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the Sales department
• Set sales targets and quotas based on team skills and performance
• Oversee staff schedules, payroll, and inventory management
• Establish monthly and annual sales goals for the department
• Coordinate sales team schedules (showroom shifts, business trips, customer support)
• Monitor and improve sales team performance to achieve profitability
• Maintain and update the customer database and manage CRM activities
• Track departmental budgets and revenue objectives
• Recruit, interview, hire, and manage staff
• Manage employee performance, disciplinary actions, and career development
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and assign tasks
• Provide guidance and training to enhance sales team skills
• Provide regular sales reports to management
• Enhance dealership reputation through proactive customer service
• Suggest promotional campaigns to increase sales
• Organize training for the sales team and attend professional development sessions
• Respond to customer complaints and service inquiries
• Track and report on sales performance and forecasts
• Ensure the sales team is motivated, well-trained, and available to meet customer needs
• Work with Marketing to organize promotional events
• Attend events such as handover ceremonies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Store Manager in luxury retail with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
