1. Administration tasks:
- Support project meetings, including taking minutes (if needed), internal events, events for clients…
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
2. Assistant PM:
- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required
- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drawing estimates…
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Project Management, or etc...)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience: 1 years on Secretary/Admin or Data Analysis experience.
• Languages: high level English (Fluent
