Job Description
The Technical Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Chairman in making strategic decisions related to incinerator technology, ensuring the sustainable and efficient development of projects in this field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Advisory
• Provide in-depth technical consultation on incinerator technology to assist the Chairman in investment decisions, product development, and market expansion.
• Analyze emerging technological trends in the incinerator sector and recommend innovative solutions.
2. Technology Evaluation & Optimization
• Assess the performance of existing incineration systems and propose optimization solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• Research and recommend advanced technologies and new materials to improve incinerator performance.
• Monitor and update developments in incineration technology and relevant regulatory policies.
3. Project Management Support
• Participate in major projects related to incineration, ensuring technical requirements are met on schedule and with high quality.
• Collaborate with technical, production, and R&D teams to implement technological solutions.
4. Procurement & Bidding
• Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers, products, and services related to incineration technology.
5. Training & Workforce Development
• Support internal training programs on incineration technology for technical and management teams.
• Develop technical documentation and operational guidelines for incineration systems.
6. Risk Management & Compliance
• Assess technical risks in incineration projects and propose preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards for incineration systems.
Job Requirements
1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, Thermal Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in incineration technology, thermal engineering, or related industries.
3. Language Skills
• Fluent in English communication.
4. Key Skills
• Deep understanding of incineration technology, refractory materials, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work at executive levels.
