Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients in the cosmetic and personal care industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide technical advice and solutions based on client needs.
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to introduce and promote new products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Job Requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Experience:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales of raw materials for cosmetics, personal care, or related industries.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or working with manufacturers in the cosmetic and personal care sector.
Language:
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC 700 / IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of the cosmetic raw materials market and industry trends.
• Understanding of competitor landscape and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
