Job Description
• Manage all commercial aspects of proposals and sales contracts.
• Work closely with internal departments and bid teams to assess bid requirements and understand client needs.
• Gather input from relevant teams to determine pricing and consult with the Technical Sales team for approval.
• Prepare pricing structures and commercial terms, including delivery conditions, payment methods, and financial guarantees.
• Ensure proposal accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Oversee post-proposal activities, including revisions to pricing and commercial terms when needed.
• Support the Technical Sales team in negotiation and follow-up activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate supply contracts (both domestic and international), ensuring compliance with commercial and tax regulations.
• Monitor contract progress until finalization and handover to the execution team.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or International Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales or contract management.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international trade terms, including Incoterms, bank guarantees, and payment security (L/C, payment guarantees).
• Knowledge of tax regulations such as VAT and withholding tax.
• Experience managing commercial processes for equipment, engineering, or service supply contracts.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and writing.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and contractual terms.
• Proficiency in MS Office).
