- Identify actionable solutions and act quickly to fulfill the store’s growth potential.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager (managing at least 10 staff), preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong commitment to building a long-term career in retail.
- Proven ability to manage teams, including Store Associates and Assistant Store Managers, ensuring maximum sales effectiveness.
- Strong technical knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
- Experience collaborating with regional leadership and visual merchandising teams to optimize sales performance.
- Familiar with a wide range of retail concepts, practices, and procedures.
