Job Description
Oversee all logistics operations including Packing, Semi-finished Warehouse, Finished Goods Warehouse, and Shipping.
Coordinate with Production and Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory accuracy.
Develop and implement logistics processes to ensure delivery accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance, storage capacity.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Optimize logistics operations to reduce cost and improve lead time.
Report directly to the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing logistics operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to lead and motivate a logistics team.
Good communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
Fluency in Chinese (both spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/logistics management systems.
