Job Description

1. Job Purpose
The Deputy General Director supports the General Director in overseeing all company operations, including production, sales, finance, R&D, and international market strategy.

2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Strategy & Leadership


Support the development and implementation of long-term business strategies for both domestic and international markets.


Participate in planning and coordinating investment, production expansion, and technology innovation projects.


Analyze market and competitor trends to propose strategic initiatives that maintain the company’s market leadership in Vietnam and drive global growth.


2.2. Operations Management


Oversee the operations of departments including Production, Sales, Export, R&D, Finance, and HR.


Ensure efficient and cost-optimized operations, improving productivity and product quality.


Set, monitor, and evaluate departmental KPIs, and promptly resolve issues during execution.


2.3. International Market Development


Lead export market strategies, including target markets, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.


Represent the company in meetings with international customers and partners; attend trade shows and global business promotion events.


Manage risks in export activities and global supply chain operations.


2.4. Senior Leadership & People Development


Contribute to developing the mid–senior management team.


Build a professional, modern, and globally oriented corporate culture.


Inspire and lead change, fostering innovation across the organization.

Job Requirements

3. Job Requirements
3.1. Education & Experience


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.


At least 5 years in a senior management role (Director, Deputy GM, or GM) within industrial manufacturing companies — preferably in electrical equipment or heavy industry.


Experience in developing export markets is a strong advantage.


Strong network within Vietnam’s power/electrical industry is a plus.

Strategic thinking and long-term vision.


Proven capability in enterprise-wide management and operations.


Strong analytical, decision-making, and crisis management skills.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both domestic and international partners.


Fluency in English is required.
