Job Description

• Coordinate admissions arrangements in line with the approved plan, including allocating admissions quotas to subordinate staff and ensuring that established targets are met.
• Contact prospective families using existing data.
• Work with the Marketing Department to organise admissions fairs and events in support of admissions.
• Provide guidance to and persuade pupils to enrol.
• Contribute to the development and take responsibility for updating the admissions policy in conjunction with the leadership team.
• Liaise with the Board of Management to implement enrolment procedures and activities for new pupils, ensuring accuracy and progress in admissions.
• Put forward ideas for admissions campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate how enquiries are received and handled (whether in person, by email or by telephone), ensuring responses are provided within the prescribed timeframe; manage the call centre and regularly review call recordings for quality control.
• Organise and supervise key customer care operations.
• Oversee the implementation of customer surveys, collate and analyse areas for improvement, and work with the Board of Management to address feedback and enhance service quality, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
• Carry out regular checks and evaluations to assess the quality of service and work within the department, proposing solutions for improvement and ensuring that all services provided to families meet the school’s standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Service Management, Marketing or other economic related fields, with years of studying abroad.
• Demonstrate a profound comprehension of the British education system and the International Baccalaureate (IB) education programmes.
• A willingness to learn from and work with the admissions specialists from BCI schools as well as local experts.
• At least 3 years of experience in admissions/customer service/customer care assuming similar positions, preferably with international schools.
• Proficiency in all 04 English language skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and effective time management.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Effective leadership.
• Creativity, proactiveness, and self-motivation.
