Job Description

This is a highly influential role with a strong focus on strategy and analytics. The expert will act as a strategic partner within the team, responsible for providing senior management with insights on initiatives, business performance, financial metrics, and data to drive strategic success.

The position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for advancing solutions in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The expert will work closely with cross-functional teams—including business, technology, and operations—to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including income and capital projections under various economic scenarios.

Collaborate on and execute in-depth business analyses (market, competitors, and trends), as well as internal performance reviews, to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.

Build, maintain, and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc) to support business segments and market evaluations.

Business Case Development

Use both quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop business cases for product investments and new initiatives.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with objectives and performance standards.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and executive committees.

Design and maintain reporting systems, KPIs, and scorecards to track business performance.

Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.

Over 07 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, financial analysis, or related areas, with solid knowledge of the financial and banking system.

Experience using SQL to work with large datasets.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Language Proficiency

Strong command of English for professional work; TOEIC score between 650–780.
