Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract execution in Sales (logistics, production plan, customer relations) and Purchase (logistics, stock, supplier relations).
- Support Director in daily operations, planning, project coordination, and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor customer needs, share insights, and ensure smooth collaboration with factory teams.
- Build product knowledge, understand cost/profit and market demand-supply.
- Foster teamwork, encourage idea sharing, and ensure effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, procurement, compliance.
- Proficiency in Business English (Japanese a plus).
- Strong MS Office, data analysis, finance & budgeting, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
