Job Description

The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for the sales targeting process and funnel management to ensure the alignment and achievement of the organization’s sales goals and objectives. He/She collaborates extensively with the sales team on increasing revenue, improving GP margin, and tracking sales performance. He/She also supports the sales incentive scheme by providing relevant data on a timely fashion
* Sales Funnel & Performance Management
Collaborate with Sales Services to align planning, forecasting and budgeting initiatives with business objectives
Track and update metrics and KPIs, including but not limited to growth, win/loss rates, and length of sales cycle to assess sales performance, identify performance gaps and drivers
Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance Analyses
Build, Track, update and monitor reporting dashboards for analysis; generate reports to increase the performance visibility to BU heads
* Product Tender, Quotation & Order Acceptable
Support the lifecycle of various types of sales including Tenders, Projects, Consignment and Placement.
Oversee, prepare and coordinate quotations, tender documents, and order acceptance; and determine RFQ and tender priorities and policies
Ensure proper recording and documenting of all customer contracts and principal agreements
Maintain cost and list price to deliver consistent and timely customer quotations
Rely on data and analytics to identify opportunities for GP margin improvement
Be responsible for the order acceptance process and perform credit check on customers for each sales transaction
Work closely with cross functional team to ensure the timely order acceptance process
* Data Management & Intelligence
Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
Administer data management policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of data
Manage system database; create and update data accurately and in a timely fashion
Compute and update base prices
Generate business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review

Job Requirements

Bachelor / Master’s degree in business related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in revenue management, sales operations or marketing or distribution, preferably in Vietnam’s medical or pharmaceutical market and familiarity in healthcare regulatory environment.
Experience in drafting commercial contracts and terms
Experience in BI tools
Experience and knowledge in Business Intelligence and Market Analytics
Advance level in Microsoft Excel; VBA would be an advantage
Fluent in English
