The ideal candidate will be a pioneer in designing and implementing advanced analytical models, leveraging modern statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges—from optimizing products and services to predicting customer behavior and managing risks. This position requires not only outstanding technical expertise but also strategic thinking and the ability to communicate insights persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Initiatives & Strategy
Collaborate with senior leaders and business units to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable data and analytics initiatives.
Lead complex analytics projects from initial concept through execution and integration into existing business processes.
Act as a critical bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into feasible analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions.
Advanced Analytics & Model Development
Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models to address complex business challenges, such as product portfolio optimization, deposit rate strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Conduct deep-dive analyses, A/B testing, and customer behavior research to generate actionable recommendations, validate hypotheses, and optimize initiatives.
Apply a broad range of statistical and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and optimization under uncertainty.
Insight Communication & Visualization
Visualize data and develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on advanced analytics methodologies and best practices.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across data sources.
Ensure transparency, reproducibility, and strict regulatory compliance in all analytical processes and model development activities.d
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
At least 5 years of in-depth experience in data science, data analytics, or related roles.
Preferably with experience working with financial data.
Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.

Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised), optimization, time series analysis, and big data processing techniques.
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
Language Proficiency
Strong command of English for professional work; TOEIC score between 650–780.
