Job Description
Position: Project Manager (Based in India)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project quotations, procurement, and on-site activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Oversee the information platform, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation.
Assess the capabilities of on-site teams and outsourced staff, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Track project timelines, ensuring timely availability of materials.
Conduct training for junior management to strengthen team expertise.
Respond to urgent projects and emergencies to meet work objectives.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage large-scale projects independently.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial plant construction management, with proven crisis management abilities.
Expertise in construction processes and engineering project acceptance standards.
Proficient in Office and 2D drafting software with strong computer skills.
Solid knowledge of cost, schedule, quality, and safety management.
Fluency in both English and Chinese, with a willingness to work on overseas projects.
Flexibility to take on domestic projects in China between overseas assignments.
Holder of a first-level construction engineer certificate, with experience managing contracts exceeding $1.5 million.
