Job Description
Physical Management: Responsible for receiving and inspecting warehouse materials, handling inbound/outbound processes, managing borrow/return procedures, and processing handovers during employee resignations/transfers. Ensure received materials meet on-site usage requirements and support operational needs.
Asset Tag Management: Maintain and update warehouse asset ledger information. Generate and affix asset tags to ensure alignment between physical inventory, ledger records, and asset tags .
Material Receiving, Storage & Issuing Management:
Receive bulk shipments and manage put-away.
Process returns from business units and manage put-away.
Ensure accurate recording of material information upon receipt.
Manage material issuing based on requisition forms, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to ensure accuracy.
Material Reconciliation Management:
Perform material reconciliation for assigned company entities.
Timely provide delivery receipts and shipping documents.
Handle daily material returns and exchanges.
Exception Handling: Identify, address, and resolve operational exceptions promptly to ensure smooth material management processes.
6S Management: Implement and maintain 6S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) within the storage areas.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proactively drive collaboration with upstream/downstream departments and backend support systems to improve responsiveness across all stages. Achieve interconnected business processes for end-to-end asset management, enabling "information sharing, demand alignment; departmental collaboration, and issue resolution" for closed-loop management. Simplify operational procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Associate degree or higher. Minimum one year of relevant experience in material management; experience in a similar industry is preferred.
Knowledge of asset management, material management, and supply chain management principles.
Strong communication, coordination, and learning abilities. High sense of responsibility.
