Job Description
- Oversee the overall operation of the wedding hall and wedding party venues.
- Handle team and personnel management.
- Provide high-level customer service and handle claims (VOC).
Job Requirements
- Education: University degree or higher.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience on a wedding ceremony team, with
leadership experience at the manager level or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a leader in F&B, hotels, or conventions, and experience in service
training.
- Proficiency in English / Korean
