Job Description
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
• Develop and execute annual and monthly business plans, ordering strategies, and dealer
policies based on market insights.
• Define dealer-specific sales targets, provide tailored support, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance through KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Drive dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
Dealer Network Development & Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers through training, support, and regular performance reviews.
• Evaluate dealership operations and implement initiatives to enhance engagement and efficiency.
• Lead dealer acquisition and expansion, conducting feasibility studies and ensuring network quality standards.
• Drive sustainable growth and strategic expansion of the dealer network.
Customer Satisfaction & Brand Enhancement
• Oversee dealership operations to ensure superior customer experience.
• Develop programs to strengthen service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and guidance to align dealer operations with brand values.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive initiatives to reinforce brand reputation.
Inventory & Order Management
• Plan and oversee order volumes based on sales forecasts to optimize inventory levels.
• Manage stock efficiently to balance cost control with supply stability.
• Supervise pricing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure supply chain operations align with dealer demand and sales plans.
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Manage procedures related to delivery, payments, pricing, and dealer documentation.
• Ensure operational compliance and efficiency within the 4W Sales department.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Production, and HQ teams.
• Apply the PDCA cycle to continuously improve sales processes and performance.
Job Requirements
Experience & Track Record:
• 7–10 years in sales, including at least 5 years in a senior/head of sales role at a manufacturer or dealership.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
Strategic & Market Expertise:
• Strong background in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Deep understanding of sales KPIs (sales volume, profit margins, inventory turnover).
Leadership & People Management:
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• High sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure.
Communication & Relationship Management:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to anticipate market trends.
• Skilled in handling dealer negotiations, supplier discussions, and collaboration with financial institutions.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
• Effective in addressing weak sales, customer complaints, and competitor challenges.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical, results-driven approach.
Technical & Language Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English.
