Job Description
• Oversee all aspects of reservations, consultations, and event execution.
• Manage wedding schedules and timelines.
• Supervise and refine the customer consultation process.
• Handle team and personnel management.
• Provide high-level customer service and respond to claims (VOC).
Job Requirements
• Education: University degree or higher
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the wedding industry reservations department, with leadership experience at the manager level or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a leader in F&B, hotels, or conventions, and experience in service training.
• Proficiency in English / Korean.
