Client & Stakeholder Engagement

 • Vietnamese national with strong leadership abilities and excellent English communication skills, effectively managing cross-functional teams and building strategic partnerships.
• 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the logistics industry, successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese market and industry trends, leveraging insights to develop tailored sales strategies that address local market demands.
• Extensive hands-on experience in prepaid business sales, implementing effective strategies to ensure consistent revenue generation and market penetration.
• Proven managerial experience, leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams with a focus on accountability, motivation, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Skilled in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytical insights to enhance sales performance, optimize pricing strategies, and streamline operations.
• Proficient in business negotiation and client relationship management, fostering long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, representing the company effectively at industry events, trade shows, and business forums.
• Adaptable and results-oriented professional, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
