Job Description

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge, and personalized recommendations to clients.
3. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
4. Supervise and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals, providing ongoing training and coaching as needed.
5. Ensure the visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained to showcase products effectively and enhance the overall shopping experience.
6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
7. Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
8. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding employee conduct, safety, and security measures.
9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
10. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury cosmetics industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
5. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
6. Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry developments.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
10. Passion for beauty and a genuine interest in helping customers look and feel their best.
