Job Description
Explore the market as a new investment to find the target clients for electroplating chemicals.
Creating technical presentations to describe our company's electroplating chemical goods and services to consumers.
• Talking with customers about equipment and system requirements.
• Working with distributor sales teams to identify customer needs and offer sales support.
• Provided high-quality sales leads, followed up after initial contact, secured and renewed orders, negotiated rates, completed transactions, and scheduled deliveries.
• Assisting clients with product issues and recommending solutions with support from Singapore's technical service team.
• Gathering and analyzing client feedback to develop effective sales and marketing strategies for targeted customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and conveying them to higher management, including potential solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or others.
- 3-5 years of expertise in electroplating, particularly in the electronics industry. Sales experience is encouraged but not required.
- Fluent in English.
