Job Description

We're currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of IT Software Implementation & After-sales Service, playing a pivotal role in the expansion and fortification of our business. Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities:

Job Description:

A. Department Operational Management
- Planning and overseeing department activities, including the distribution and management of tasks related to implementing, supporting, and customizing business software solutions.
- Financial and resource planning for the department.

B. Project Implementation Support
- Forming project teams and ensuring resource allocation.
- Coordinating cooperation among various departments (sales, development, and support) to ensure timely and high-quality project implementation.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Participating in pre-sale activities for key projects.
- Drafting project contracts terms and conditions.

C. Department Development Management
- Developing a strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the development of business software solutions.
- Creating and executing a roadmap for the development of business software solutions.

D. Team Development Management
- Recruiting, evaluating, and developing personnel within the department.
- Creating and executing a comprehensive development plan for the team.
- Developing individual growth plans to enhance the qualifications and skills of team members.
- Providing consulting support, coaching, and conducting training sessions on topics such as business analysis, project management, and personal effectiveness.

E. Process Standardization
- Implementing standards and best practices in operational, project, and document management to enhance department efficiency.
- Developing a unified methodology, tools, and templates for business analysis.

F. Technological Innovation
- Researching and implementing new technologies and tools for managing operational and project activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
-Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing large teams and inspiring cross-functional collaboration.
-Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of turning insights into effective strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry, including IT service management, operations, governance, risk, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with customers, employees, and management.
- Strong project management expertise, including experience with agile methodologies.
- Passion for technology and a customer-centric approach, adept at addressing customer needs.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Candidates with a background in Big4 firms are preferred.
