Job Description
- Project management of development projects
- Project management of general projects (transfer of products to Vietnam, development of injection molding, development of additional lines, expansion of production)
- Take on the technical project management for the new development and further development of our products, starting from the conception of software, mechanical and electronic aspects through to mass production
- Be involved in defining the objectives of the projects and defining project milestones and project phases
- After creating and coordinating the project plan, you will identify and evaluate potential risks and derive measures to minimize them
- Manage regulatory requirements for our products with an external service provider
- Manage an interdisciplinary project team and are responsible for internal and external project communication
- Continuously carry out target/actual comparisons regarding the project objectives. In the event of deviations, you will bring your projects back on track in order to achieve the targets set. You regularly report the current project status to management
- Outside of development, you will also manage other company-wide strategic, non-technical projects
- Always in close contact with production, development, and the relevant specialist departments in Vietnam & Headquarter
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
- Alternatively, should have a degree in project management and a very good technical understanding
- Ideally have already gained experience in the development of technical devices or have focused on project management during studying/working period
- Very good at English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project management tool knowledge
- SAP Knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organized and detail-oriented way of working; Good communication and presentation skills
