JOB OVERVIEW
You will oversee B2B operations in the Northern region, focusing on customer expansion and ensuring that sales targets, visit frequency, and market coverage are aligned with national strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulate and execute business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the designated region.
• Lead and mentor the Northern B2B sales team to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets.
• Develop and grow the customer network across Horeca, Catering, Industrial Kitchen, and Factory sectors.
• Oversee receivables, order cycles, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Recommend region-specific promotional activities and pricing tactics to optimize market potential
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ B2B experience in the food sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• In-depth understanding of the Northern distribution market; established connections in F&B or Fresh Produce are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with solid execution abilities and strong business insight.
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management and engaging key stakeholders.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and delivering presentations.
