Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
7. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services and enhance brand awareness.
8. Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
9. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business activities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in general management within the logistics industry, demonstrating leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
3. A proven track record of 10 years of experience in various roles within the logistics sector, showcasing comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
7. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
10. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
