Job Description
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and meet or surpass company sales targets.
- Seek out new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop a monthly business development plan targeting new clients and establish a clear strategy for outreach.
- Conduct regular visits and sales calls to potential clients to gather feedback and strengthen connections for business growth.
- Participate in networking events to connect with new customers for services related to IFF/Projects/WH.
- Suggest effective logistics solutions to help customers reduce costs.
- Identify areas requiring quotations by receiving inquiries from designated customers via email or phone.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or economics.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
- Understanding of economics, trade, and the logistics market.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficient in specialized software.
- Strong analytical and integrative skills; capable of advising and providing instruction.
