Job Description

Our company's product stands as a comprehensive integrated software suite designed for streamlining accounting closure processes. It facilitates the standardization and automation of preparing distinct Financial Reports and Consolidated Financial Reports, encompassing Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and financial report disclosures.
By leveraging this, enterprises can significantly reduce time and labor expended on Financial Reports preparation, ensuring data accuracy and facilitating seamless retrieval, extraction, and comparison of report data.

As the consultant for this product, you will:
• Gather and comprehend customer needs concerning accounting and financial management, including the consolidation of financial reports for organizations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing these requirements and suggesting suitable solutions, modeling processes, documenting specifications, and validating information with clients.
• Provide consultation, implementation support, training, and guidance to clients in addressing issues pertaining to financial control and the consolidation of financial reports.
• Gain a deep understanding of and model requirements related to financial control and financial report consolidation to effectively communicate them to application development teams.

Job Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Has crucial auditing experience.
• Is well-versed in Financial Accounting and consolidated financial reporting, with a strong grasp of data logic across accounting, finance, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Brings at least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Has hands-on experience dealing with financial consolidation issues, including identifying and eliminating revenue and expenses, managing internal debts, deferring and allocating internal profits, consolidating investment capital, handling trade advantages, addressing deferred corporate income tax, managing consolidated financial reporting expenses, and interpreting consolidated financial statements.
• Demonstrates robust analytical skills to accurately understand and convey customer business needs into applications. Proficient in data analysis, document review, survey interpretation with initial users, and workflow assessment to identify processing procedures for addressing business challenges. Strong analytical skills are a plus.
• Actively engages in FPT learning activities and sponsorship, embracing the culture and activities within FCI and FPT Corporation.
• Shows confidence in negotiation and persuasion skills, finding a balance between personal preferences and business requirements, and engaging with various stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial solutions for business operations.
• Possesses excellent communication abilities to comprehend customer requirements, articulate issues logically and clearly, and adeptly model requirements and business processes.
• Proficient in computer skills, Office applications, and using accounting support software and financial control tools.
