Job Description
Prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for CNC operations
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, including 5-axis CNC heads
Supervise and manage a team of workers and technicians
Ensure the production process meets quality standards and technical requirements
Support team members with technical problem-solving and daily task coordination
Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure machine efficiency and minimize downtime
Job Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with CNC operations and 5-axis CNC machines
Proficient in preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent)
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role in a CNC or machining environment
Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred candidates: residing in Long An or Tay Ninh
Candidates with a technician background and solid years of CNC experience are also encouraged to apply
