• Sourcing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new suppliers as well as existing suppliers.
• Participates in sourcing data analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to vendors including parts and mold, negotiating price, quantity, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Generating quote comparisons and advising the sourcing manager on which suppliers to cooperate with based on that quote comparisons.
• Negotiating contract terms with suppliers.
• Monitor, check, confirm the price fluctuations of Suppliers.
• Constantly trying to find opportunities to cost down as well as build a quality, potential and economical sourcing system.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to make the plan and evaluate the performance of current suppliers and identify areas for improvement.
• Make a reciprocal plan to improve or develop the new suppliers to replace the unsatisfactory assessment.
• Make the detailed plan and track development progress and summarize the project reports for the manager.

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years working experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier management.
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills (both oral and written).
