越南工厂厂长 - Factory Manager (Vietnam - Open for expats)

岗位概述:
负责越南工厂生产、工程&工艺、仓库、质量等职能的日常管理。
岗位职责:
1. 制定并实施越南工厂日常生产运营管理，带领团队实现出货目标、质量管控，以及成本
控制和利润提升等；
2. 主持、推动制造及工艺部门相关流程和制度的建立并持续优化完善；
3. 根据公司发展需要，负责工厂设施规划，并确保工厂的设备、流程和系统高效运作；
4. 负责生产制造成本管控、监督控制各项费用消耗，制定标准工时，改善生产布局、工艺
方法、设备和工装夹具，以提高效率，增强产品竞争力;
5. 建立和维护质量标准，不断提高产品质量和客户满意度；
6. 负责越南工厂仓库日常管理；
7. 负责安全生产管理，制定并落实安全生产制度，确保员工的安全和健康；
8. 团队建设与人才培养；
9. 领导交办的其他事项。
Position Overview:
Responsible for the daily management of production, engineering & technology, warehouse,
and quality functions at the Vietnam factory.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement daily production and operations management for the
Vietnam factory, leading the team to achieve shipping targets, quality control, cost
management, and profit improvement.
2. Lead and drive the establishment and continuous optimization of processes and
systems in the manufacturing and engineering departments.
3. Plan factory facilities according to the company's development needs, ensuring
efficient operation of equipment, processes, and systems.
4. Control production and manufacturing costs, monitor expenses, establish standard
working hours, and improve production layouts, processes, equipment, and tools to
boost efficiency and product competitiveness.
5. Establish and maintain quality standards, continuously enhancing product quality and
customer satisfaction.
6. Oversee daily management of the warehouse in the Vietnam factory.
7. Manage safety production, establish and implement safety protocols to ensure
employee safety and health.
8. Build the team and focus on talent development.
9. Handle additional tasks assigned by leadership.
