Develop and manage master production plans and order allocations across production departments.
Monitor and control production progress to ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, accessories, and semi-finished products; ensure inventory accuracy and stock optimization.
Supervise the planning and execution of material purchases based on forecast and order requirements.
Monitor and manage all phases of production (pre-production, in-line, post-production), ensuring smooth coordination and timely issue resolution.
Lead initiatives to address and resolve quality issues and production bottlenecks.
Track and update production schedules and delivery timelines on a daily/weekly basis.
Collect and analyze defect data at each stage of production; identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Continuously improve planning methods and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Sales teams for alignment and problem-solving.

Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and manufacturing management, preferably in the garment or garment accessories industry.
Proven track record in production scheduling, material planning, and team leadership.
