Senior Merchandiser Manager

• Responsibility for managing team and respect to team members
• Coordinate with other members to make sure you finish all tasks and meet the requested deadline
• Preparation of all buyers’ documentation requirements
• Follow up raw material delivery status and production progress at the factory.
• Follow up sample from first state to production sample
• Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with buyers and suppliers, monitoring and attending shipment requirement;
• Closely work with customer/other department in oversea to clarify information, quality standard, shipment date and order quantity, size breakdown….
• Handle customer enquiries, help customers to understand the product features, liaise with the merchandising team.
• Work with internal department (factories) for sourcing materials in making the samples according to customer requirement.
• Take care of production inspection during bulk process and handle all problems to ensure delivery date on time
• Anticipate potential problems, offer technical advice and work for alternatives or solutions to customers to finalize order specification.
• Keep tracking factories to meet customers’ expected timeline for sample completion and price quotation.
