OVERVIEW

The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth, establish strong customer relationships, and expand market share in the tire trading industry. This role requires a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of tire products, market trends, and a proven track record in B2B sales and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Identify market opportunities and design plans to capture them.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Market Analysis and Customer Engagement:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
Collaborate with leadership to align sales objectives with company goals.

Yêu cầu


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the tire or automotive industry.
Strong understanding of tire products and market dynamic
