Oversee all manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations to achieve targets in production, quality, and delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet daily goals, ensure utility services run smoothly, and follow shipment through to completion.
Manage headcount, structure, budget, and expenses; review performance data to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure adoption of new technologies, systems, and quality standards; maintain compliance with ISO, HSE, and buyer requirements.
Supervise subcontracting activities (sewing, washing, embroidery, etc.).
Lead and develop teams to strengthen performance, engagement, and retention; collaborate with HR to resolve grievances and support employee satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology, or related fields.
Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
Minimum of in 5 years' experience in similar capacity for large scale apparel factories
Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process (from en
