Navigos Search's Client is looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development Manager/ Director of Market Expansion Service department to play a pivotal role at the crossroads of strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for translating business concepts into tangible outcomes by coordinating projects, managing partnerships, and applying data-driven insights. You will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure growth initiatives and core operations are delivered with speed, impact, and alignment to company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
Assess industry trends, company performance, and market opportunities to identify areas for business growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (such as revenue, transaction value, customer engagement, adoption rates) and transform insights into actionable plans.
Contribute to the development of executive presentations, strategic updates, and reporting materials for leadership.
- Program Management & Operations
Business Operations / Ongoing Activities
> Collaborate with regional and local teams to support business expansion, sales tracking, and campaign execution.
> Oversee progress across priority markets and raise early warnings on risks or deviations.
> Prepare and maintain regular business performance reviews and operational reports.
Strategic Project Delivery
> Work with cross-functional teams (including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Finance) to launch new initiatives and pilots.
> Track deliverables, milestones, and interdependencies to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
> Align stakeholders, remove bottlenecks, and maintain momentum throughout the execution process.
> Contribute to post-project assessments, documentation of key learnings, and recommendations for scaling or iteration.
- Partnership Development
Support the identification and evaluation of potential partners, preparing outreach materials and monitoring performance outcomes.
Draft commercial agreements, proposals, and briefing documents to facilitate discussions with partners.
Work with internal teams to enable partner integration and ensure smooth delivery of joint initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in roles such as Brand Management, Strategic Planning, or a related function. Exposure to e-commerce or management consulting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Adm
