Job Description
• Provide technical assistance for linear motor actuator drivers and PLC control systems.
• Manage installation and offer after-sales support for linear motor actuators.
• Assist and suggest application designs to customers directly on-site.
• Address and respond to customers' technical inquiries and requirements.
• Organize and lead technical seminars/roadshows to engage potential customers.
• Manage and resolve customer product claims.
• Coordinate technical training sessions for relevant personnel within the Business Unit.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Motion Control, Control Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience working in motion control, including actuators, robots, and linear motors.
• Experience with projects in industries such as semiconductors, displays, and secondary batteries.
• Highly energetic and focused on achieving results.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
