Job Description
• Carries out supplier quality activities of supplied products and supplier quality issues in the plant within the order fulfillment process.
• Support advanced quality planning with suppliers during product development process, with specific consideration for cost efficiency and productivity.
• In series production, execute supplier evaluation, manage supplier process changes and initiate and coordinate corrective actions, to sustainably ensure quality agreed.
• Drive the sampling inspection process and decide acceptance or rejection of samples provided.
• Coordinate series production claim management of part and act as escalation instance to agree on remedial action plan until successful completion.
• Train suppliers to ensure adherence to APQP and PPAP requirements as agreed.
• Conduct production quality inspection and improvement activities for Sub-line (CNC/Over molding/Printing).
• Build part inspection standard and measuring/inspection instruction.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering
• Experience working with oversea suppliers, SQE onside
• At least 3-4 years of supplier quality engineering experience or quality assurance
• Joint company/supplier product development experience
• Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas
• Demonstrated sense of urgency; takes prompt action to accomplish goals
• Demonstrated high level of curiosity, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills to improve supplier quality
• Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes
• English communication is a must
• Can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
