Provide technical guidance and consultancy to customers on the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of control systems.
Prepare progress, service-related reports, and timesheets for each assignment.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to promote solutions to end customers.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
Support sales efforts and achieve the annual service quota.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor and Service Leader.

Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in engineering, with a preference for Electronics & Electrical backgrounds.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. Teamwork-oriented.
Experience in SMT/Dispensing Machine and Process industries is advantageous. Machines to be serviced include Robot XYZ programming, precision dispensing valves, and SMT equipment such as handling systems, printers, mounters, reflow ovens, plasma machines, and X-ray machines.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-driven.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Proficient in both oral and written English.
Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
