Job Description
- Be responsible for the KPI of the CAC Chiller Sales: sales revenue, profit, market share, inventory, etc.
- Develop strategic plan for the team’s sales achievement, included but not limited to sales policies, product and marketing plan, market penetration and expansion
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders (Product Directors, SCM, SVC, Marketing, Demand Planning, etc.) to ensure the sales plan to be on track and to solve arising problems promptly
- Enhance the relationship with existing developers/contractors/project owners/M&E companies, as well as develop new business partners
- Lead and coach the team to achieve assigned sales target, develop skills and teamwork
- Report to Top Management
Job Requirements
- Have at least 05 years of working experience in project sales of HVAC and Chiller
- Basic English communication skills
