Job Description
As a key player in our team, you'll oversee quality assurance and control processes to ensure that manufacturing operations meet customer standards and maintain sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Process Management: Identify and implement processes for the quality management system across the organization.
• Effectiveness Monitoring: Establish criteria and methods to ensure the effectiveness of these processes.
• Resource Management: Ensure that necessary resources and information are available to support process operations and monitoring.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Quality technical team to address quality-related tasks and achieve departmental KPIs and targets.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to production processes and work instructions to meet quality standards.
• Issue Resolution: Manage and address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Customer Complaint Resolution Processes (CCRP) promptly.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate test failures and critical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Audits & Analytics: Conduct audits and analyze quality data to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances within operations, suppliers, and customers.
• Project Leadership: Lead improvement projects using methodologies such as DMAIC and 8D.
• Internal Audits: Oversee the factory internal audit program as assigned by the Quality Manager.
• FMEA Coordination: Work with Production and Design teams to perform and sustain Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design FMEA (DFMEA).
• Customer Engagement: Focus on customer satisfaction by participating in customer audits, inspections, and holding points.
• Tender Support: Assist sales teams with preparing quality-related aspects of tender documents.
• Inspection & Testing: Develop and track Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for projects.
• Quality Card Management: Manage and revise quality check cards.
• Training & Support: Provide quality training and support to employees.
• SAP/REIWA Maintenance: Manage, maintain, and enhance the QM module in SAP/REIWA.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology
• Experience: Over 5 years of practical experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in technical drawings.
• Good command of English.
